GOALS – STAYING FOCUSED

Today is going to be a good day, I set up my new goals today and I keep them in front of me all day long.  I have them posted on my wall and on my iphone so I can stay focused on what I need to do to achieve my goals.  The first goal is to make sure that I am spending quality time with my family, reading with my son, painting my daughters nails, doing something without thinking about what I need to be doing with work right now.  Second, is how I can reach my Real Estate goals.  I am starting a personal challenge, this is where you come in.  I will be contacting my sphere – you – to find out if you or someone you know would like to buy, sell, or invest in real estate.  The interests rates are so low right now, that its a great time to invest.  Rental income can be worry free income and there is a big market out there for families with a need to lease.  So, make some goals and I would love for you to post a few here to share with us.
