Greatwood Update – July 2015

The O’Neal Team put – one. Two.. THREE…. Homes under contract in Greatwood yesterday. Very excited to see these properties move, we even sold one that hasn’t hit HAR yet. Love our neighborhood!

Here is a little report on the Greatwood Market this week:

65 Active Listings (not including the invasion of Greatwood Lake) 27 of those homes are over $400K 34 Pending Listings

That may not seem like a lot to you if you aren’t aware of what our inventory has been over the past few years. If you bought or sold a home in the last three (3) years you know that inventory was tight. At one point we were carrying only about 20 listings, we have about 4200 homes in Greatwood. This is still a shortage of inventory in Greatwood.

Greatwood is a great place to live, fabulous neighbors, great schools and still only 65 homes for sale.

Tell your friends to come and get the homes while we have a great selection. I only have two more active listings, the rest have all sold.
